When you submit the Request Access form, we collect: your name, email address, artist or project name, catalog size, and any message you choose to include. We also store the date and language of submission.
We use your browser's localStorage to remember your language preference (English or Spanish). No tracking cookies are set.
We use this information solely to evaluate whether there is a potential fit for a working relationship. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Access request data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
Only KeyWow team members with authenticated admin access can view submitted data. Data is stored in Supabase (AWS us-east-1). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@keywow.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States (AWS us-east-1 via Supabase). By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
